3–5 working days for UK mainland addresses. Allow up to 7 days for the Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Can I order more than one finish?
Yes — each sample is £3. Add whichever finishes you'd like to compare to your basket separately.
Are these the same panels you sell, just smaller?
Identical material, finish and construction — just cut down to a sample size for shipping. The veneer, felt and slat profile match the full panels exactly.
Do you ship samples to non-UK addresses?
Currently UK only. Contact us if you're outside the UK and want a sample sent at standard shipping rates.
Do samples get refunded when I order the panels?
Sample cost is not automatically refunded when you order the full panels. Contact us before ordering if you would like the sample cost credited on a large order — we do our best to help trade and larger residential jobs.
