Is there a minimum order to qualify?
No fixed minimum to open the account. Tier 1 trade pricing applies from the first order. Higher tiers (Trade Plus, Project Pricing) unlock at confirmed volume thresholds discussed at application.

How long does the account application take?
Standard trade pricing approval: 1 working day. Net 30 terms (with credit check): 3–5 working days.

Can my client see your branding on samples and deliveries?
By default yes. We can supply unbranded samples and discreet delivery on request — just specify when ordering.

Do you supply CAD blocks, BIM objects, or specification sheets for architects?
Yes — contact us with your project requirements and we'll send the relevant technical pack.

Do you offer site visits or specifier support?
For projects above an agreed threshold, our team can attend site to advise on specification, install method and on-site logistics. Discussed at quote stage.

Will you price-match other UK suppliers?
For confirmed trade quotes from established UK competitors, yes — send the comparison and we'll do our best to match or beat. Some specialist or imported products are exclusive and not directly comparable.

What's your typical lead time on volume orders?
Stock items: 1–3 working days from order. Pallet quantities: typically 3–5 working days. Bespoke schemes or non-stock finishes: 2–6 weeks depending on volume.

Do you supply outside the UK?
UK mainland is our standard service. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland on request, with quoted shipping. EU and worldwide shipping available for project orders — contact us for a freight quote.
