All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably practicable.

Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website.
We rely solely on the information provided on our website for the formation of contracts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

How the Contract is Formed
A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you written confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Product Descriptions & Pricing
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur and cannot be completely excluded.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.

Order Acceptance & Refusals
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, if:

  • inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided;

  • the product is out of stock or discontinued; or

If we decline your order, we will notify you within 30 days and refund any payment already made.

Cancellation Policy
PanelDeals may cancel an order before delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, pricing errors, or at your request.
You may cancel if we materially breach these Terms or fail to deliver within a reasonable time (excluding delays caused by you or events outside our control).
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days of agreement or as otherwise required by law.

Delivery
We aim to complete delivery within 30 days of order confirmation, unless affected by events outside our control.
For international deliveries, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Ownership of the Products transfers to you once we have received full payment. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

Passing of Risk & Title
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Legal title to the Products passes to you only after we receive full payment of all sums due.
We reserve the right to pursue recovery or legal action for unpaid Products.

Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being blacklisted and/or legal action being taken to recover losses.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any breach of contract, negligence, or other claim is limited to direct losses that are reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract is formed and shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
We will not be liable for any information, advice, or content provided by or generated through artificial intelligence (AI) tools or systems, including any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions contained therein. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. All exclusions and limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil commotion, pandemics, or failure of transport networks).
Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events and we will use reasonable efforts to find a way to perform our obligations despite the event.

Communications
All notices and communications must be in writing and may be sent by email or post.
Emails will be deemed received 24 hours after transmission, and letters 3 working days after posting.
