Clean outside-corner finish for PVC panels

The PVC Wall Panel External Corner Trim covers the 90° outside corner where panels wrap around the front of a feature — boxed columns, shower trays, alcoves, or any corner that protrudes into the room. The trim hides the cut edges and creates a clean, watertight, professional finish.

What it does

  • Wraps around 90° outside corners hiding cut panel edges
  • Creates a watertight seal with silicone
  • Available in Black, White and Silver finishes
  • Three thicknesses — 5mm, 8mm, 10mm to match your panels

Where to use

  • Front edges of shower-tray walls (where the panel turns around the corner)
  • Boxed-out columns or hidden services in a bathroom
  • Outside corners of alcove showers
  • Anywhere two panels meet at an outside 90° angle

Specifications

  • Length: 2400mm or 2600mm
  • Profile: L-shaped trim that wraps the corner
  • Material: PVC (matched to panel for thermal stability)
  • Thickness: 5mm, 8mm, 10mm
  • Colour: Black, White, Silver

How many do I need?

Count the outside corners in your install. Typical bathrooms have 0–2 outside corners; shower cubicles often have 1–2 (front-facing edges of the cubicle).

How to install

  1. Fit the trim to the corner before the second panel goes on
  2. Apply silicone inside the channel
  3. Slide the first panel into one side of the trim; second panel into the other
  4. Run a final silicone bead along the trim edges

FAQs

What if I'm not sure whether I need internal or external corners?
If two walls meet pointing INTO the room (concave), it's an internal corner. If they meet pointing OUT into the room (convex — you can walk around it), it's an external corner.

Match thickness to my panels?
Yes, exactly. 8mm panels need 8mm trims.

Will the silicone hold up long-term?
Quality mould-resistant silicone (CT1 or similar) lasts 5–10 years in a bathroom. Re-silicone if you see cracking or persistent black mould.
